The staff was amazing specially Ali at the reception. Due to the EID holiday and the hotel being almost full they had to delay our checkin a little bit. However, Mr. Ali was amazing and offered us a room upgrade plus late checkout for the inconvenience. Moreover, when he knew it was the birthday of one us he took the liberty and arranged for a birthday cake by himself. The rooms are really big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. They have access to the public beach. They have a nice pool bar as well as pool restaurant with sheesha.

Great somewhat faded decor. The staff we met couldn't have been nicer & more professional. Abdullah T at breakfast was extremely polite & helpful, and the Nepalese concierge was excellent too. Thank you both very much indeed; you couldn't have been kinder.

The hotel kept us very informed about the renovation work that is going on at the moment. However, the work was so well separated from the residential areas that you couldn't actually see any work being done !
